Always. We pride ourselves on the uniqueness of the artwork we sell and on our personal relationship with the artists we represent, so you can be assured that all of the works are original. Every work in our collection is personally signed by the artist and includes a certificate of authenticity.
How do we arrive at our prices?
We arrive at our prices using four main criteria: quality, rarity, production time, and production materials. Within the context of the current market, these qualitative and quantitative criteria enable us to arrive at a fair and accurate price for both the customer and artist.
Does the artwork come with a guarantee?
Yes. We understand that purchasing artwork online is a very different experience from viewing and purchasing it in person. While we do our best to give you the most complete and accurate depiction of each work of art by supplying alternate views and the option to enlarge each item, exact coloration and size are sometimes difficult to gauge on certain viewers’ computer monitors. For this reason, we offer a money-back guarantee for all works sold.
We are happy to send you our detailed complete guarantee terms and conditions. Simply follow the link below, send us a message with “guarantee” in the subject line, and we’ll email it right over to you.
Is there a physical location of the gallery where I can see the artwork in person?
At this time, the gallery exists and functions primarily on the internet. However, if you are in the NJ/NY area and would like to see the artwork in person, we would be happy to show it to you. To set up an appointment, you can click on the link below to get in touch with us via email, or give us a call at (201)895-4057, Monday-Friday, 10am - 5pm.
I don’t usually purchase items through the internet. Are online purchases safe and reliable?
Definitely. Keeping your personal information private is very important to us. That is why we use PayPal for all of our online transactions. PayPal developed the world's most advanced proprietary fraud-prevention system to ensure the security of any personal or transactional information in their payment network. You can be assured that both PayPal and David Master Studios will never share your personal account information with anyone. Purchasing through the internet has never been safer or more reliable than it is right now.
Why purchase art online?
Convenience, environmental friendliness, saving time and money. For your convenience, displaying and selling our artwork online means that we’re open 24/7, to fit into your schedule. Now you can view it anytime from the comfort of your own home, instead of being confined by the schedule of the standard “offline gallery.” Operating online also means that we use less electricity to run our company day to day, and you save on the high cost of gas by not traveling to a gallery in a physical location, which is good for your wallet and for the environment.
Simply put, purchasing artwork online saves you time and money; we give you the most convenient and environmentally friendly way to purchase high quality works of art.
How long does it take for artwork to be shipped?
Artwork is shipped within two weeks of the date of purchase. If you wish to have the shipping expedited, or have a date-specific preferred time of arrival (perhaps the artwork is a present for someone), we are happy to help. Just get in touch with us before you place your order, and we’ll figure out a solution that best fits your needs.
I would rather not pay the shipping costs. Can I pick up the artwork in person?
Yes. If you live in the tri-state area, and would like to forego shipping costs, you may choose the “arrange pickup” selection under “shipping options” when purchasing through our website. If you choose this option, we will promptly get in touch with you to confirm the pickup time that works best for you. In certain circumstances, we can make local personal deliveries of artwork, at a reduced shipping cost. Feel free to get in touch with us to check availability of this option.
